You hired a helper so you'd have more time. Somehow you became her trainer instead, the cooking lesson, the safety lesson, the "this is how our family does things" lesson, over and over. Here's the part nobody tells you: it doesn't have to be that way.

She is a helper who was never actually taught the job, so the employer ends up teaching it herself, on top of everything else she already does. That's the part that quietly burns families out in the first few weeks.

She works through real lessons at her own pace: audio, real photos, short quizzes. Not a course you sit through with her. Not homework for you.
The cooking lesson. The safety lesson. The "this is how our family does things" lesson. All of it, taught before her first day, not by you. Workplace conduct, everyday English, housekeeping, kitchen and food safety, childcare basics, eldercare basics, and more. You pay, she never sees a price.
Step by step, from Hainanese chicken rice and kopitiam half-boiled eggs to the everyday pasta, air-fryer and kid-friendly meals most households actually cook, so she's making the food your family eats, not following generic instructions. 13 more Japanese and Korean recipes come with the Japanese & Korean Cuisine add-on.
Her base lessons play in Indonesian, Myanmar, or Tagalog too, not English only, so she's learning in a language she's genuinely comfortable in.
10 of the full 19-module curriculum. The other 9 are specialist add-ons for specific household needs, see below.
Optional, one-time, billed separately from the base plan. Available once her base training is active, ask your consultant to add one, this is a request through them, not an instant checkout.

Feeding, bathing, safe handling for 0 to 6 months.

Communication, safety and dignity for an elderly parent.

Patient, structured support for a child who needs it.

Hands-only response for a real emergency.

Buses, MRT and rideshare, confidently.

So she can actually help with schoolwork.
Also available: Mandarin Basics, Japanese & Korean Cuisine, Numbers Time & Money, each +SGD 28. These are requested through your consultant, tell them which fit your household.
Finally, an app that the helper can learn on her own. The real life examples and vocab photos with audio have been helpful, I don't have to do all the teaching.
SGD 188, one payment, covers 6 months of her core training, down from SGD 288. That's an introductory price during our launch special, limited period only. No monthly or annual option, one plan. A few specialist modules (like Newborn Care or Dementia Care) are optional add-ons on top, priced separately from SGD 28 to 58, see the modules above.
No, add-ons unlock inside her base training, so the base plan comes first. Once she's active, tell your consultant which specialist module fits your household and they will add it for you.
Access closes, and the payment is non-refundable, the same as any other exit from a paid term. If she transfers to a new placement under the same employer, her remaining months move with her; a new helper starts fresh.
Not yet through a self-serve dashboard, that's an honest gap, not a hidden one. Ask at your next follow-up call and staff can check her progress for you, quoted as "X of 10 modules" so you know the scope, not just a bare number.
Just her own phone and a pair of earphones, since many lessons have audio. Nothing to install, nothing for you to set up on her behalf.
Her progress is saved to her Helper Code, not the phone. A staff-approved device change carries her score and progress over, nothing is lost.
Sign up yourself in a few minutes at helper.unistarr.com.sg/subscribe, you'll need her Helper Code and mobile number. Or ask your consultant to set it up with you, whether that's at your next check-in or any time you'd like.
Either way works, whichever's easier for you.
