Every figure on this page comes from our fee schedule, the written breakdown you receive before you sign. Here is what you pay once, what you pay every month, and what happens if the placement does not work out.
At Unistarr, the one-time package fee for a new helper is S$1,388 to S$3,388, depending on the helper's nationality and experience. A transfer helper already working in Singapore is S$1,399. Mandatory insurance is paid separately. Every month after that, you pay the helper's salary and the MOM levy of S$300, or S$60 if your household qualifies for the levy concession.
One-time fee, paid once at hiring. The salary column is the usual starting range for that helper type.

Salary goes to the helper. The levy goes to MOM, by the 17th of the following month.

Replacement and refund are two separate things. Here is how each one works.
Up to 2 replacements within 12 months, with no agency fee. Third-party costs such as the air ticket and Work Permit still apply, from S$688 depending on the helper.
The replacement period for a transfer helper is 6 months.
If the placement ends within the first 6 months, you receive 50% of the agency service fee (Section A of your fee schedule). Replacement cases usually carry no Section A fee.

No. There is no cost for a consultation, or for interviewing helpers.

No. Insurance is quoted separately. MOM requires medical insurance with an annual claim limit of at least S$60,000, personal accident insurance of at least S$60,000, and a S$5,000 security bond. Our standard plan is S$420.42 and covers the full 2 years.
Your household must have a Singaporean child under 16, a Singaporean aged 67 or above, or a person certified as needing help with daily activities. Once the conditions are met, MOM grants the concession automatically.
A helper from overseas can be replaced up to 2 times within 12 months with no agency fee, and a transfer helper within 6 months. Third-party costs still apply. Separately, if the placement ends within the first 6 months, MOM rules give you a refund of 50% of the agency service fee.
Yes. A S$1,000 deposit is collected when you confirm a new helper.
