Is she a confinement nanny?

No. She is a trained domestic helper, not a confinement nanny and not a nurse. She handles daily infant care: feeding, bottle prep, sterilising, changing, bathing, naps and hygiene. If you need confinement care specifically, tell us and we will advise you on the right support.

How do I know she is really trained?

Our helpers train at our own centres in five countries for a minimum of one month, and infant care is a core module, not an add-on. Our overseas centres also run background checks to verify the experience she states, and we test her on the tasks you actually need.

My baby is only a few weeks old. Is that too young?

No. Tell us your baby's age and we will shortlist helpers with real newborn experience. You meet them and decide before anything is confirmed.

I am a first-time mother and I feel bad about getting help.

Almost every parent says this. Getting help is not stepping back from your baby. It is handing over the sterilising, the laundry and the housework so that the hours you have go to your baby instead of the chores.

What if it is not the right fit?
